A badly managed zoo: Did Suyyash Rai take a dig at The 50 in cryptic post

Actor and singer Suyyash Rai appears to have taken a veiled swipe at a currently airing reality show, The 50, without naming it directly. In an Instagram Story shared on Friday, Suyyash criticised what he described as the environment inside the show, calling it 'a badly managed zoo'.

Suyyash expressed disappointment with the format and the conduct of some of the contestants. Without naming the show directly, he wrote, “Ek show chal raha hai is time TV pe! It’s more like a zoo! A badly managed zoo to be precise!”

While Suyyash did not mention the show by name, his post has sparked speculation online, with many linking the remark to The 50, a reality show that is currently on air. Interestingly, Suyyash’s close friend and actor Prince Narula is among the contestants on the show, along with his wife Yuvika Chaudhary.

The actor added that while he has friends and acquaintances inside the show, he felt several contestants were above the content being created. “There are so many of them who have done much better and bigger things in life and they shouldn’t have come here in this show (sic),” he wrote, accompanied by heartbreak emojis.

Suyyash also appeared to take a veiled dig at the behaviour of certain participants, stating, “Some will never grow up, am sooo done with such people (sic).”

While Suyyash did not mention The 50 or any contestant by name, it looks like a dig at the show.
