Amit Shah's war cry in Malda: Can BJP make inroads in Bengal?

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today kick-started its campaign in West Bengal for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections with its party chief Amit Shah's rally in Malda, three days after Mamata Banerjee's mega rally featuring Opposition leaders from across the country.

Addressing the rally, Shah attacked TMC and said that Mamata's govt has destroyed democracy in the state and urged party workers to uproot her govt. He also said that people want PM Modi only as the prime minister.
