Amid ongoing speculation about her relationship status with Veer Pahariya, actor Tara Sutaria has spoken about her focus on prioritising peace of mind. Her remarks came amid speculation regarding her alleged breakup with the Sky Force actor.

In a conversation with Elle India, Sutaria said, “I’ve always believed success is internal peace of mind, a handful of people who love you, knowing yourself, that’s always been the goal.” She emphasised that maintaining a sense of calm has become increasingly important as she has navigated her career in the public eye.

Reflecting on her experiences growing up in front of the camera, Sutaria explained how it took time to understand what she needed to feel balanced. “I’ve learned how to protect my peace,” she said.

The actor further elaborated on her approach to self-management, noting, “Only we know how to calm our nervous systems.” This focus on personal agency has shaped her response to both professional and personal challenges, including times when public scrutiny intensified.

Recently, a Filmfare report suggested that Sutaria and Pahariya have decided to end their relationship, citing confirmation from sources close to the couple. However, both have refrained from confirming or denying the reports, and no reasons for the breakup have been disclosed.

Rumours about their relationship were fuelled by viral videos from AP Dhillon's Mumbai concert, where social media users interpreted Pahariya's expressions as discomfort. Addressing this, Sutaria posted on Instagram, referencing “false narratives” and “paid PR” to criticise the online speculation surrounding them. Pahariya also clarified that the widely circulated clip had been misleadingly edited.

Subsequently, an unedited video shared by social media influencer Orry showed Pahariya cheering for Sutaria and AP Dhillon, with Pahariya reposting the video and stating, “The truth always wins (What the media will never show you).” This public interaction sought to counteract the misinformation that had spread online.

Sutaria and Pahariya made their relationship public in July 2025 after several social media exchanges, including a post featuring AP Dhillon from his track Thodi Si Daaru. Pahariya commented, “My,” to which Sutaria replied, “Mine,” with emojis confirming their relationship status at the time.

On the work front, Sutaria will be seen in the upcoming film Toxic. Headlined by Yash, the film will clash with Dhurandhar 2 on March 19.
