Is Dhurandhar: The Revenge teaser same as 1st film's post-credit scene? Explained
Dhurandhar: The Revenge teaser has sparked debate online, with fans pointing out that it's the same post-credit scene already seen in theatres and on OTT. But is there anything new?

The makers of Dhurandhar: The Revenge released the teaser for the film on Tuesday. Soon after it dropped, viewers took to social media to debate whether the teaser was the same clip shown as a post-credit scene in the film's theatrical and OTT versions. And the answer is: yes.
The newly released teaser offers nothing new. It is the exact same clip that many viewers have already seen, noticed, and discussed. The teaser opens with a younger version of Hamza holding a gun, possibly for the first time, followed by a brief glimpse of a severed wrist lying on a road. It then gradually charts Hamza's rise as he becomes the king of Lyari, replacing Rehman Dakait as Sher-e-Baloch.
The teaser, released to build buzz around Dhurandhar 2 with fans discussing various theories, is frame-by-frame identical to the clip shown at the end of the Netflix version of the film. And if you are wondering whether the background score sounds familiar, yes, it does. Even the music remains unchanged.
Reacting to the teaser, one Instagram user commented, "Nothing new? We have seen this," while another wrote, "But that’s the same teaser which we have seen in the post-credits!" The teaser also began trending on X, where audiences echoed similar sentiments. One user wrote, "This isn't a teaser, it’s a recap. A teaser should create hype, not repackage scenes we’ve already watched. #DhurandharTheRevenge (sic)." Another commented, "Chuna laga diya sir aapne. Ye already dekh chuke hai hum. Kuch naya leke aao yaar #DhurandharTheRevenge #RanveerSingh (sic)."
The teaser ends with Ranveer Singh’s Hamza declaring, "Ye naya Hindustan hai. Ye ghar mein ghusega bhi aur maarega bhi."
Dhurandhar: The Revenge stars Ranveer Singh alongside Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Gaurav Gera, Saumya Tandon, Sara Arjun and Danish Pandor. The film is slated to hit theatres on March 19.
