Tuticorin custodial deaths: CBI submits report to Madras HC, confirms brutal torture

The Central Bureau of Investigation has finally submitted its report to Madras High Court in Beniks and Jayaraj custodial death case.

The CBI's report confirmed that both father and son were beaten to death and were subjected to brutal torture during their arrest.

The investigative agency further stated that there was enough evidence to note the nature of their death, as the DNA samples collected from the walls of the Sathankulam lockup, toilet, SHO's room and from the lathis were a match to the samples of the two victims.

2 Jaish terrorists killed as security forces blow up cave in Jammu and Kashmir
