India-US partnership has entered a new level, says PM Modi in joint address with President Biden

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Joe Biden addressed a joint press conference at the White House on Thursday. PM Modi said the India-US Comprehensive Strategic Partnership has entered a new level after talks with President Biden.

The prime minister said India and the US have "overwhelming respect" for each other and it is in the DNA of both nations to expand democratic institutions.

President Biden, speaking of ties with India, said the partnership is among the most consequential in the world that is stronger, closer and more dynamic in any time in history.

"Together, we are unlocking a shared future of world what I believed to be unlimited potential," he said.
