EVM-maker ECIL denies Syed Shuja's claims

A day after self-proclaimed cyber expert Syed Shuja said he was an ECIL employee who designed the EVMs that were used in the 2014 elections, the PSU company denied that he worked with them ever.

The ECIL said that Syed Shuja has neither been in the rolls of the ECIL as a regular employee nor was he in any way associated in the design and development of EVMs between 2009 and 2014.

2 Jaish terrorists killed as security forces blow up cave in Jammu and Kashmir

Security forces, including the Army, Jammu Kashmir Police, and CRPF, successfully eliminated two Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists who were hiding in a natural cave within a dense forested terrain. And with that, they were eliminated.’ One of the deceased has been identified as a top commander, Abu Mavia.
