Don't think Taliban have changed: William Dalrymple

On Taliban, William Dalrymple said, "I don't think Taliban have changed fundamentally from what they were before. They are a little bit more PR savvy, but they remain fundamentally hugely retrograde, backward force. They are headed largely by uneducated mullahs who are barely literate."
