Jallikattu movement: Don't ban anything, regulate, says Kamal Haasan

A day after Tamil Nadu legalised jallikattu, actor Kamal Haasan, one of the main advocates of the bull-taming sport, called for "regulation" and not ban on traditional sports. The 62-year-old actor also said he is shocked over purported videos showing policemen committing arson.

In multiple videos posted by many, including actor Arvind Swamy, on Twitter, cops could be seen attacking women and setting vehicles on fire.

Haasan said he is "shocked" to see the videos of cops committing arson. "Hope some sort of explanation is given to us so that we can calm down," he told reporters in Chennai.
