Supreme Court questions mental state of Justice Karnan

The Supreme Court has raised question on the mental condition of Justice Karnan, saying that he must admit a certificate, if his mental condition is not stable. The Supreme Court has sought clear response from Karnan, if he stand by his allegations against the Supreme Court Judges and has given him 4 weeks time to respond.

Earlier in the day, Justice Karnan appeared before Supreme Court's seven judge bench, in defamation case against him, after evading appearance for days.

Meanwhile, Justice Karnan is seeking restoration of administrative and judicial work.
