Yumnam Khemchand Singh sworn in as Manipur Chief Minister, gets 2 deputies

Yumnam Khemchand Singh has been sworn in as the new Manipur Chief Minister, ending 12 months of President's rule. The new government includes historic representation with Nemcha Kipgen becoming the first woman from the Kuki-Zo community to serve as Deputy Chief Minister, alongside second Deputy Chief Minister Losii Dikho.
