Appearing on the 7th episode of India Today Inspiration, India all-rounder Hardik Pandya talked about his back injury that has kept him out of the national team since September last year. The 26-year-old also shed light on the difficult period in 2019 where he landed himself in a controversy.

With T20 World Cup in sight, Pandya talked about his much-awaited comeback in the Indian team and also shared the insights from the dressing room after the heartbreaking 2019 World Cup semi-final exit.

The Baroda cricketer also said that he is misunderstood sometimes and is perceived as an arrogant man.

"Lots of people take me in a very wrong way. Someone who does not know me, they think I am arrogant, I am not easy to talk to and cocky and all. But the ones known me… I have got so many people who came to me and said… 'we thought you were like this but you're completely opposite," Hardik Pandya said.
