Will Citizenship Amendment Act pass legal scrutiny?

As the debate and protests rage against the Citizenship Act, the Supreme Court today refused to stay the controversial act. The SC has sent notice to Centre on all 59 petitions challenging the act and it will hear it on Jan 22.
