Jaish-e-Mohammad's (JeM) chief Masood Azhar was designated a "global terrorist" by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) 1267 Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee on Wednesday. A UNSC ban ensures seizing assets, freezing accounts, arms ban, and travel ban.
