Women's reservation bill passed in Lok Sabha: When will it get implemented?

The Lok Sabha today passed a bill granting reservation to women on one-third seats in Lok Sabha and state assemblies with 454 members voting in favour and two against it. Meanwhile, supporting the bill in Lok Sabha, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi batted for its immediate implementation and said that the legislation is "incomplete" without provision for quota for OBCs.

The reservation will come into effect only after the completion of the census and delimitation exercise. So, the big question is when will this bill actually get implemented? Watch as panelists share their views.
