In his first statement in Parliament on the situation along the Line of Actual Control (LAC), Defence Minister Rajnath Singh sent out a clear message to China. He further said that India wants peace, but is battle-ready.
Meanwhile, Congress staged a walkout from Lok Sabha stating that Modi government is running away from a debate on the Ladakh crisis.
"Why is the government running away from a debate if it believes all is well on the Line of Actual Control," a Congress leader asked.
