Congress promises minimum income to poorest of the poor

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Monday declared that the party, if voted to power will provide Rs 72000 to 20 per cent families of poorest of the poor sections of the society. The scheme is being called Nyay Yojana.

Meanwhile, Union Minister Arun Jaitely has slammed the scheme saying that the Congress has made countless promises in last seven decades but has not kept any of them.
