Will it be possible for Arvind Kejriwal to run government from behind bars?

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been sent to 14-day judicial custody in connection with the liquor policy case. After his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate, the Aam Aadmi Party said Kejriwal would continue being the Chief Minister and will run the government from behind bars. Will he able to continue give administrative orders from behind bars?
