Is 'Naya Pakistan' behind Amritsar attack?

Information released by intelligence agencies has suggested that plans to revive terrorism in Punjab had been in the making for a long time, and Sunday's grenade attack in Amritsar was the first step.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has been roped in to probe the attack and the needle of suspicion has pointed to Khalistani terrorists and Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence agency.
