CBI conducts raids at 150 places across the country against corruption; GDP growth drops to 5 pc from 5.8 pc; more

In one of the biggest drive against corruption, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday carried out a special drive against the corrupt officials and government departments in India. The joint surprise checks were carried out at 150 places across the country.

This drive is part of PM Modi's message of "ease of living" for common people.
