Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who is on a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir, said that govt will build memorials for police martyrs at their villages. Over 1500 personnel of Jammu and Kashmir Police have so far made the supreme sacrifice of their lives for the country.
Shah also visited the residence of Jammu and Kashmir Police officer Arshad Ahmed Khan, who died after being injured in a terror attack on June 12 in Anantnag district, and assured his family that the government will look after them.
