IAF gives airstrike proof; Rafale papers stolen; more

The Central government told the Supreme Court on Wednesday that files relating to the Rafale deal negotiations were "stolen from the Ministry of Defence". It also alleged that media reports citing details of the pricing and the decision making process "violate Official Secrets Act (OSA)".

Opposing the review petitions filed in the Rafale deal case, Attorney General KK Venugopal argued that the Supreme Court cannot look into the "additional evidence" being submitted by the petitioners.
