Anchor chat: Supreme Court recommends government to pass law against lynching

The Supreme Court today recommended the government to pass a legislation against lynchings. Giving the government a four-week deadline to implement suggested remedial and punitive measures in order to combat incidents of mob lynchings, the SC said "mobocracy can't be allowed in a democracy".
