Soon after Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari recommended Presidentâs rule, President Ram Nath Kovind on Tuesday signed a proclamation imposing President's rule in the politically-unstable state.
The development came as no party staked claim to form government days after the conclusion of assembly polls in the state.
