Former Mumbai Police commissioner Param Bir Singh today landed in Mumbai to join the probe into an alleged extortion case against him and said that he has full faith in the judiciary.
Speaking to India Today TV, Param Bir Singh said, "Yes, I'm here to join the investigation as per the directions by the Supreme Court...I don't want to speak about anything [right now]...I'll speak in court now."
So, since Param Bir Singh is back in Mumbai, will he get relief from SC after he joins the probe? Will there be new cases against him? No evidence against Anil Deshmukh will weaken case against him? Why did Maha govt file a case in SC when Param Bir moved SC for relief?
