Mani Shankar Aiyar refuses to apologise over Neech jibe against Modi

Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar on Tuesday refused to apologise over his 2017 "neech aadmi" comment against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said, "There is no need of clarification from my side. I have received a phone call that the Congress party has issued an official statement on it."

He added, "Anything that I say is always misused because there are people who hate me. And they hate me because I tell the truth and I will go on telling the truth about these people. "
