Battle for Tamil Nadu: Is AIADMK-Sasikala alliance in the offing?

A day after meeting Home Minister Amit Shah, Tamil Nadu CM Edappadi K Palaniswami today met PM Modi in Delhi. Palaniswami said he held a crucial discussion with PM Modi on a host of issues related to Tamil Nadu.

He also said he has said invited PM Modi to visit Tamil Nadu to inaugurate a slew of programmes.

Meanwhile, with Tamil Nadu assembly elections just months away, there are speculation that Sasikala might re-join the ruling AIADMK.
