Will the native language of Aishwarya Rai, Shilpa Shetty, KL Rahul, Tulu become an official language of India?

 There's a demand to declare Tulu as the second official language. The 2500 years old language has about 1.8 million native Tulu speakers and Aishwarya Rai, Suniel Shetty, Shilpa Shetty, KL Rahul are some of the prominent faces.  Will Tulu get second official language status from Karnataka?
