My Take: Those responsible for PM Modi's security breach must be punished

There are certain things that must be above hyper-partisan politics: the PM's security is in that list. This is a country that has lost two prime ministers to terrorism, no chances can be taken with a prime minister's security. Those responsible for the prime facie security breach during PM Modi's tour of Punjab must be punished.
