Was it necessary to reform 'these colonial laws'? Aman Lekhi answers on Rajdeep Sardesai show

Former Additional Solicitor General Aman Lekhi, on Rajdeep Sardesai's News Today, answers whether the "colonial laws" under the existing criminal code needed to be reformed. He also tells us if the three new criminal code bills are Draconian or if the change is for the better. 

"As far as changes in private offences, they are good," Lekhi said.
