Time to stand up to BCCI, 400 million now on one side: Ex-Pak cricket chief

A day when the Rajya Sabha passed the landmark Triple talaq bill, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi said that the passage of the bill is not historic and added that it is against Muslim women.
Owaisi said, "It's not historic. It is against Muslim women. It's a big injustice towards Muslim women. Triple talaq is indeed a crime. It is a social evil, but the bill that was passed today will lead to more abandonment of Muslim women."
