Tiranga yatra clashes: Who is behind Kasganj violence?

A day after communal clashes between two groups in Uttar Pradesh's Kasganj left one dead and two injured, a total of 49 people have been arrested by the state police under various sections.

Chandan (16) was killed and two others were injured in Kasganj area yesterday during a Tiranga Rally taken out by VHP and ABVP workers on the occasion of Republic Day.

To avoid further tension, senior police officials were sent to the area today. Section 144 continues to be in place since last night as reports of fresh violence came from the area.
