Tiger in Karachi after '93 blasts, stayed in defence protected villas: Ex-top cop

Former IPS officer Neeraj Kumar told India Today that Tiger Memon, the mastermind of the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, fled to Dubai and then relocated to Pakistan after orchestrating serial blasts in India. He said that Memon changed his identity totally and got into the real estate business there. Memon's presence in Pakistan was continually denied by the neighbouring country. 

"Dawood and Tiger both planned the 1993 blast. Tiger Memon was the main executioner," Kumar said. 

"He used to stay in defence military society and ISI cottages...they (Memon and his family) frequently relocated and changed their addresses. Now nobody knows where he lives," Kumar told India Today. 

India Today has accessed the recent photo of Tiger Memon. He fled to Dubai and later shifted base to Karachi. India Today has also accessed a video of his Karachi villa.
