The National Investigation Agency is conducting searches at 11 locations in Srinagar and 5 in Delhi and Gurgaon in connection with the terror funding case involving Hurriyat leaders, who have been proved to have spread violence in Kashmir Valley and killed innocent people.
Their links with Hawala operators and cross-LoC traders have also been established. Several crucial documents verifying the nexus have reportedly been seized.
"The raids have been carried out in several places in Delhi, Srinagar and Gurugram in connection with terror funding. There are links of hawala operators, funders and cross LoC traders have emerged based on which raids are being conducted," DG NIA Sharad Kumar said
