SC verdict on Tata-Mistry dispute: Validation of values and ethics, says Ratan Tata

In a major victory for the Tata Group, the Supreme Court on Friday set aside a National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) order restoring Cyrus Mistry as the executive chairman of the conglomerate.

Reacting to this, industrialist Ratan Tata said the Supreme Court judgement "is a validation of the values and ethics that have always been the guiding principle of the group".
