As many as 27 people died in the massive fire that broke out at a three-storey commercial building near Mundka metro station in west Delhi on Saturday. The absconding owner, Manish Lakra, was arrested by the Delhi Outer District Police on Sunday, May 15. India Today interacted with three people who were present on the spot.
