Slab of bridge collapses at Mumbai's Andheri station, services hit

Trains services on Mumbai's Western Railways came to a standstill after a portion of a road-over bridge collapsed at the suburban Andheri station.

The collapse was reported at around 7:30 am when a slab of the bridge that connects east Andheri to the west fell on to the tracks. No casualties were immediately reported and the Mumbai Fire Brigade was rushed to the scene.
