Security beefed up in Jammu and Kashmir in the run-up to Independence Day

Ahead of Independence Day and in the face of new and emerging threats, security has been beefed up in Jammu and Kashmir, with 13 CRPF counter-terrorism tactical teams have been deployed in the UT. These teams have been trained to conduct counter-insurgency ops and are played with the special operations group of the Jammu and Kashmir Police. From drones to underground tunnels and cross-border infiltration, these elite units are ready and equipped to deal with any security threat. Watch the video for the full report.
