A delegation of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and BJP team led by Chatterjee and Agnimitra Paul, had planned to visit Sandeshkhali, which has been marred with protests over allegations of atrocities on villagers by Trinamool Congress (TMC) leaders.
