Sabarimala temple opens for devotees

The Sabarimala temple has been opened today amid tight security in Pathanamthitta district in Kerala. The temple will remain open for two months.

The sanctum sanctorum was opened for the puja at around 5 pm. Devotees, however, would be able to visit the Sabarimala shrine from November 17 after the puja.
