S Jaishankar speaks on deported Indian immigrants from US being handcuffed

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar informed the Rajya Sabha that the use of restraints on deported Indian migrants was part of US policy.

Addressing the Rajya Sabha, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar assured the opposition that India was actively engaging with the Donald Trump administration to ensure that deported Indian migrants are treated with dignity and not subjected to mistreatment.
