Sasikala's nephew Dhinakaran files nomination for RK Nagar by-poll

The nephew of jailed AIADMK General Secretary VK Sasikala, TTV Dhinakaran, has filed his nomination for the RK Nagar by-poll.

He also appealed to the voters to give their mandate to him as he was contesting to fulfill Amma's dream of making it a model constituency in India.
