PNB scam: Had opposed loans to Gitanjali Gems in 2013, says ex-Allahabad Bank official Dinesh Dubey

Former Allahabad Bank official Dinesh Dubey said that he had opposed the proposal and presented a dissent note against loans to Gitanjali Gems in 2013.

He further said that he had complained to the finance secretary in 2013 pointing out what was wrong with the loan and letter of undertakings being extended to Gitanjali Gems.
