Now, 6 people from Yediyurappa's home-office test positive for Covid-19

After Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa's and his daughter tested positive for coronavirus, now six people who worked at CM's home-office have tested positive for the deadly virus.

The 77-year-old Karnataka chief minister tested positive on Sunday and informed about the same on Twitter. He is the second chief minister in India to be infected by Covid-19. Earlier, Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan had tested positive for coronavirus and is undergoing treatment at a hospital.

Meanwhile, Yediyurappa too has been admitted to a hospital after he tested positive for coronavirus. At present, he is clinically stable and is being monitored closely by doctors at Manipal Hospital.

His daughter too has been admitted to Manipal Hospital in Bengaluru.
