Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi will pay back loans, Choksi's lawyer tells India Today

Mehul Choksi's lawyer Sanjay Abert has said that all loans undertaken by the Gitanjali Group are fair and shall be repaid soon.

Abert argues that no wrong doings have be carried out by Mehul Choksi, denying all foul play by the owner of the Gitanjali Group who fled the country before his name came up in one of the biggest scam in recent times.

Mehul Choksi is the uncle of billionaire jeweller Nirav Modi who is under the scanner of top agencies for his involvement in the Rs 11,400 crore-Punjab National Bank fraud.
