NIA files case against suspended J&K DSP Davinder Singh

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has booked suspended J&K Police DSP Davinder Singh under the Arms Act and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), according to sources. J&K DSP Davinder Singh, was caught in south Kashmir while ferrying two militants to Jammu on January 11. Davinder Singh was alleged to have been ferrying the militants from the Shopian area, possibly out of the Valley.
