Massive midnight protests against Kolkata trainee doctor rape-murder case

Thousands of men, women, people from all walks of life and not only doctors have taken to the streets in protest against the horrific rape and murder case of a woman trainee doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar hospital. Protesters have vowed a midnight vigil demanding justice for the victim. Scores of people, especially women who turned out in large numbers, could be seen holding candle marches, holding placards during these demonstrations in Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad among others.
