Maharashtra: Shiv Sena, NCP, Congress seal deal; agree on common minimum programme

Amid political unrest in Maharashtra over government formation in the state, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), Congress and Shiv Sena held discussions on the Common Minimum Programme (CMP) for a coalition government.
The Siv Sena had reached out to the Congress-NCP combine for government formation after its demand for sharing the chief minister's post was rejected by the BJP.
