Key accused in China hawalagate snooping on Dalai Lama?

Chinese national Charlie Peng aka Luo Sang, the key accused in hawalagate scam, was spying on the Dalai Lama and his associates, the Income Tax department has anticipated.

Luo Sang was arrested on August 11 in a raid by the I-T for money laundering and representing fake Chinese companies in hawala transactions.
