Naval airbase in Kochi opens for commercial operations

INS Garuda, the Naval airbase in Kochi, has opened up for commercial operations. The first commercial flight landed there today over a fortnight after air traffic to the city was completely shut down due to massive flooding at the Cochin International Airport.
